Specialty Class

Our Specialty Class rotates weekly based on the needs of our athletes.  Our classes range from specialties such as: Aerobic Capacity, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Strongman, Open Prep, Mobility, etc.  Our classes address needs and progressions for athletes ranging from the introductory level athlete to more advanced competitive athlete. Whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue a more specialized aspect of fitness, this class is for you.
