Co-owner and Head Coach Cody Ringle focuses on Program Design, Weightlifting, and Improving Movement Patterns. He’s committed to improving the quality of people’s lives through strength and conditioning. "Whether it’s a high school athlete who wants to develop strength and speed to play their sport at the next level, or the grandmother who only wants to be able to pick up her grandkids and live independently until 100, it doesn't matter," he says. "I have the unique ability to help someone live a better life, every single day and that is powerful stuff."
Today an experienced CrossFit Competitions athlete, Cody was introduced to CrossFit by his older brother Stan a few years back. "When I got back from college, I was overweight and out of shape. I remember my first workout involving Ring Rows, Push Ups, and Air Squats. I almost threw up and didn't come back for about three months!" When he did come back, it took a matter of only a couple of classes and he was hooked. He loves the CrossFit ideology, methodology, principles, and its ability to change lives—and is constantly working to improve the coaching abilities of our staff as well as his own.
