I joined CrossFit in preparation of a partial knee replacement. I wanted to be as strong and ready for the surgery as I could be. The staff were all very understanding and patient. They assisted in scaling the workouts so that my injured knee was never challenged! When the surgery approached I was so ready for it to be over with so that I could get back to the box. I returned 3 weeks after surgery and was cross country skiing at 4 weeks. My only regret is that I should have joined sooner!
